About the Speaker:
Shaykh Khabbaab Ahmad began studying the Sacred Sciences at a tender age which allowed him to memorise the complete Qur’an by the age of 12. He was then encouraged to enter into numerous national and international Qur’an competitions where he achieved first place more than once.
He continued to study the Sacred Sciences intensively for the next seven years through the classical methodology and studied subjects such as Arabic Language, Usool al-Hadith, Usool al-Fiqh, Qiraa’ah, Tafsir, Tajweed, and ‘Aqeedah and has received Ijazah from numerous senior ‘Ulama such as Shaykh al-Muhaddith Sher Ali, Shaykh al-Muhaddith Yunus Jaunpuri, Shaykh Ahmed Ali Surati, Shaykh Taqiuddin al-Nadwi and many others.
Shaykh Khabbaab Ahmad currently lives in the UK and has travelled extensively throughout the Muslim world and the West for the purpose of Qur’an recitation, Da’wah, and teaching. Some of the places he has visited include the Middle East, India, Sri Lanka, Australia, Japan, Holland, Belgium, West Indies, Canada, and the U.S. His travels and lectures have been a means of great inspiration to many across the UK & worldwide. To date, dozens of people have accepted Islam at his hands and are continuing to do so.
About the Course:
This course requires all participants to listen to the narrations and recitation from Ustadh Saahab to fulfil the requirement of sama’a. Participants will be granted Ijazah (traditional permission to narrate) with full chains of narration for the text studied, connecting them to the blessed lineage of students and scholars who treaded on this sacred path before them.
Eligibility Criteria: Must have studied Usool al Hadith. Or must be in Year 04 or above of Darse Nizami. Or graduate of ’Alim/’Alimah Programme.
Schedule: Sunday, January 31 | 9 AM, UK | 2 PM, PKT | 2:30 PM, IST
We will try to cover as much portion of Sunan as we can in the given slot of 1.5 to 2 hours. Remaining chapters will be covered on subsequent weekends. Schedule will be timely shared with all participants. In sha Allah, complete text will be narrated in as few sittings as possible, depending upon the feasibility of Ustadh Saahab and commitment from students. A muttasil sanad with an ijazah will be awarded to regular attendees.
The sessions have instructions in Urdu.
Suited for students who understand Urdu/Hindi.
All courses at Fatimah Academy are free of cost.
*Sessions are not open to those who have not yet studied Usool ul Hadith.
