Ustadha Bint Tahir hails from Karachi, Pakistan, where she lives with her parents and works as a data scientist. She holds a BS degree in Physics from LUMS University in Lahore, and completed her Masters from the Netherlands in 2013.
She has been on a journey for sacred knowledge with Zaynab Academy in Pakistan since 2009, and has recently concluded Aalimah Programme with Zaynab Academy Online (2020). Her interests are in Usul ul Meerath (Laws of Inheritance) and Fiqh. A relatively new graduate and teacher in ‘Arabic, she has taught Islamic Scholarly Tradition for a year at Zaynab Academy, Karachi, and has taught Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as a passionate scientist and educator to several students of A Levels and younger.
